About the role

As a Shiseido Counter Manager at Fenwick Newcastle (37.5 hours per week, permanent), you will play a key role in spreading Shiseido’s vision of beauty. With a selective distribution model, your voice will be heard, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business. You’ll be empowered to drive your own counter’s success while inspiring empathy and guiding the next generation through beauty.

Responsibilities

• Use your networking skills to recruit new customers and delight existing ones, with a focus on exceeding counter sales targets.
• Partner closely with your Area Manager, Education, and HR teams to build and deliver a business plan that drives KPIs and delivers results.
• Leverage Shiseido’s innovative approach to engage customers and grow the business.
• Draw on your management experience to coach and develop your team.

Requirements

• Demonstrable retail management or business management experience.
• Strong experience in artistry, ideally with a relevant qualification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with leadership on business performance.
• Proven track record of driving KPIs and sales targets within a team.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
