Responsibilities
- Responsible for everything that happens during your shift
- Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations
- Set the example for crew members
- Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew
Advancement
Once you enter into management you are quickly on your way to learning the skills necessary to be General Manager of a store. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance based bonuses! Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be 18 years or older
Pay
The rate of pay is the applicable minimum wage rate plus $1.00 to $5.00 per hour depending upon experience and longevity with the employer.
