About the role
As a Shiseido Beauty Expert, you will let your passion for skincare and makeup shine through. You’ll provide skincare expertise through demonstrations and facials, and share Shiseido’s innovative products to establish the brand as an authority in makeup. You’ll drive sales, meet targets, and collaborate with your team to achieve counter goals. With selective distribution, your voice will be heard, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business.
We expect you to be experienced in skincare and beauty, proactive, target-driven, and passionate about everything Shiseido represents. In return, we offer world-renowned training to ensure you have the highest level of product and service knowledge and help you realize your full potential.
Responsibilities
- Provide skincare expertise through demonstrations and facials

Requirements
- Demonstrable retail makeup artistry experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and results-driven

Schedule
15 hours per week, permanent role based at Fenwick, Newcastle.
