Responsibilities

• Ensure all safety checks are made on all equipment prior to use.
• Asegurarse que todos los equipos sean inspeccionados antes de usarse
• Asegurarse que todos los pasillos y salidas estén siempre libres de objetos que impidan el paso
• Communicate any Safety Issues to Supervisor and/or Maintenance
• Comunicar cualquier asunto de seguridad a su supervisor y/o a mantenimiento
• Asegurarse que todos los compañeros de trabajo sigan las pólizas se seguridad durante su trabajo.
• Ensue that you and fellow employees follow proper LOTO procedures

• Verify transfer sheet counts on each pallet along with matching UPC’s and batch codes
• Understand and know all product codes (UPC’s) as well as examining packages for conformance to company specifications
• Be walker and forklift certified or become certified
• Habilidad y tener precisión al colocar producto a los camiones, y preparar para camiones con anticipación y completar todo papeleo adecuado
• Keep dock organized, including racks and loading areas
• Ability to accurately load shuttles, STO trucks and stage future outgoing trucks following all proper paperwork
• Complete an accurate inventory on daily, weekly and monthly basis

• Have an excellent attendance record
• Employee needs to be able to adhere to all above and also be willing to complete any other daily tasks deemed necessary by his or her supervisor

Requirements

• Must be computer proficient.
• All candidates will have to complete a basic computer skill test.
• Must be able to:
• Verify transfer sheet counts on each pallet along with matching UPC’s and batch codes
• Understand and know all product codes (UPC’s) as well as examining packages for conformance to company specifications
• Be walker and forklift certified or become certified

Qualifications

• Must be able to work overtime as required (usually on a daily basis)
• Be willing to complete any other daily tasks deemed necessary by his or her supervisor
