The Shipping Technician is a vital part of our operations team, ensuring products move accurately and efficiently from our facility to customers around the world. This fast-paced role combines shipping, receiving, material handling, and production support responsibilities, requiring adaptability, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare shipping paperwork and coordinate carrier and freight pickups
  • Verify order details, quantities, and product labeling before shipment
  • Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing freight
  • Operate warehouse and production equipment, including saws, drills, presses, and trimmers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
  • Identify quality concerns and help resolve issues before products leave the facility
  • Contribute ideas that improve processes, efficiency, and overall operations
  • Provide support across departments as business needs evolve

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and measuring devices
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. 1–3 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred. Forklift certification or material handling equipment experience is a plus. Valid Wisconsin driver's license, or the ability to obtain one.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role is based in an active warehouse and light manufacturing environment. Employees should be comfortable standing and walking throughout the workday, regularly lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds, operating warehouse and production equipment safely, and wearing required PPE, including safety glasses and hearing protection.

Benefits

Pay is $20–$22 per hour. In addition, employees may be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company success.

Schedule

1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. No weekends.
