Shipping Team Member

About the role

Responsible for managing the shipping process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. This includes receiving shipments, loading trucks, and maintaining records of all deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
• Load trucks with appropriate packaging and documentation
• Track and document all deliveries using company software
• Handle customer inquiries regarding shipping status
• Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a warehouse or shipping environment preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable)

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of basic shipping and logistics procedures
