About the role
The Shipping Supervisor oversees the efficient operation of the shipping department, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the shipping department
- Ensure compliance with all shipping policies and procedures
- Manage shipping staff and provide training as needed
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for shipping
- Resolve shipping issues and discrepancies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize shipping processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity within a logistics or shipping environment
- Strong knowledge of shipping regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with shipping software and systems
- Understanding of carrier relationships and service options

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually
