Duties
- Assign daily tasks, manage daily productivity and quality requirements
- Maintain inventory control
- Adequately enforce safety standards
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations
- Coach, develop, and manage the performance of associates
- Create an atmosphere in which open communication is encouraged
- Provide positive motivation to associates
- Maintain and confirm employee time records
- Ensure Inbound/Outbound order accuracy and quality
Requirements
- Supply chain, warehouse, and transportation experience required
- Preferably 3-5 years of performing required functions
- Managing groups of 10+ people
- Experience with SAP and/or WMI inventory management system, inventory control, warehouse layout and slotting practices a plus
- College Degree Or Equivalent Work Experience Preferred
- Must have the ability to work weekends when needed
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel (A Must)
- Accustomed to working in warehouse environment
- Must have excellent organizational and communicative skills
Shift Schedule
Sunday - Wednesday: 10 hour shifts
Wednesday - Saturday: 10 hour shifts
