Shipping Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to join a high-performing shipping team. This position will support both domestic and international shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring warehouse operations run efficiently. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, safety-conscious, and committed to accuracy. You will work as part of a small, dedicated team focused on quality, customer satisfaction, and timely results.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Pay

$19.75-$21.00/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete domestic and international shipments for delivery or pickup according to schedules and priorities.
• Coordinate shipping activities using warehouse management systems and external shipping platforms.
• Receive and process warehouse stock, products, and parts, including receiving, labeling, system entry, and proper placement.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer service by providing accurate, timely, and high-quality results.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse by keeping shelves, pallet areas, workstations, and aisles neat and orderly.
• Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts, to maintain accuracy and support internal and external audits.
