About the role

Cardinal Staffing is seeking a Shipping & Recieving Associate for a Sandusky location.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately
• Enter and maintain inventory transactions within the company's ERP system
• Organize inventory and maintain an orderly warehouse
• Work with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous shipping and receiving experience required
• Experience using computers and ERP systems
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working in an open warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
