Shipping/Receiving Worker

About the role

We're seeking a Shipping/Receiving Worker to work at a manufacturing company in Groveport, OH.

Responsibilities

• Performing general warehouse tasks, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Moving, handling, and storing materials using appropriate equipment and standard processes.
• Using warehouse systems and RF scanners to track inventory and update transactions in real time.
• Verifying product accuracy and condition during handling, processing, and staging.
• Following standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory movement and completed work.
• Supporting inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock organization.
• Preparing products for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and staging orders.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve daily productivity and performance targets.
• Adapting to changing operational priorities and supporting multiple areas as needed.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or related environment (preferred).
• Basic understanding of warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS), or a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and repetitive movement.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and team‑oriented setting.
• Basic problem‑solving skills and ability to follow detailed work instructions.
• Strong reliability, dedicated work ethic, and basic computer proficiency.

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1st Shift)
