Position Summary
The Logistics Specialist verifies the receipt and transportation of raw materials and manufactured products to ensure conformance to customer specifications.

Essential Duties
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Prepares and inspects all finished goods for shipment according to the appropriate product specifications;
- Planning shipments with proper labeling, packaging, paperwork, and transportation of product according to procedures/specifications;
- Receives all incoming raw materials according to procedure;
- Properly transports and stores materials;
- Operates and understands all required logistics equipment necessary for successful completion of assigned tasks;
- Safely operates power industrial vehicles;
- Maintains Documentation by recording incoming raw materials and finished products, verifying shipment orders and lot identification, accessing and entering Oracle data;
- Improves Job Knowledge by attending training and keeping relevant knowledge and skills current;
- Demonstrates Interpersonal skills by working independently and with a team; attention to detail; effective time management; ability to meet deadlines; communicating product status.

- with $1.75 shift differential
