Shipping & Receiving Specialist Forklift – Electric Double Ride

What This Role Is Really About

You’re responsible for the accuracy and flow of materials in and out of the facility. This is not just moving pallets—this is a role for someone who understands:

• inventory accuracy
• documentation
• doing it right the first time

What You’ll Do

• Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and quality
• Operate forklifts (electric double rider) to move materials safely
• Perform accurate scans and maintain real-time inventory records
• Apply FIFO and ensure proper material flow
• Prepare and verify outgoing shipments (counts, labels, documentation)
• Cross-check Bills of Lading and shipment details
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse space
• Support inventory organization and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of forklift experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes
• Comfortable using barcode scanners and inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
