About the Role

Join our team as a Shipping Operator at our energetic Milk plant in Denver! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to ensure quality never sleeps, this role is for you. You will be responsible for checking, inspecting, and verifying all shipments, staging loading and unloading areas, overseeing data systems, and accurately filling out paperwork. This position involves constant movement, including selecting products, packaging, sanitizing machines, and operating power equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.

Position schedule: 9 AM to 5:30 PM. Pay rate: $26.00/hour.

Responsibilities

  • Fill orders by taking items from the warehouse and prepare them for delivery.
  • Responsible for correctly recording, meeting, and maintaining shipping standards.
  • Verify pallets are wrapped in shrink wrap, inspected for damage, and confirm the correct product is loaded.
  • Load products carefully to avoid damage.
  • Maintain 5S standards in the Cooler area.
  • Keep equipment and working areas clean.
  • Perform pre-operation checks for Pallet Jacks/Forklifts.
  • Complete HACCP and production paperwork daily.
  • Days off and hours are subject to change.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and attendance.
  • Strong follow-through and ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Excellent record-keeping abilities.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Flexible work schedule.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • 1 year of manufacturing or production experience (preferred).
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Pride in attention to detail, whether big or small.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team to make an impact.
  • Understand and maintain a GMP-compliant area.
