Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities

• Checks in all incoming orders
• Files claims on missing or damaged parts
• Puts up stock; Sets up new stock and assign bin locations
• Affirms that the parts dept. is kept clean and orderly at all times
• Maintains special order parts file
• Sends out UPS and UPS COD shipments
• Keeps core returns up to date
• Sends out annual parts returns at various times through the year
• Spot checks bins for accuracy (clinical inventory)
• Affirms dept. is prepared for annual physical inventory
• Affords assistance in loading and routing drivers when necessary
• Affords assistance at the parts counter when called upon to do so
• Be receptive enough to be self-motivated as other jobs occur

Qualifications

• Team oriented
• Professional personal appearance
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced work environment
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Pre-employment background check, pre-employment drug test and driving record check will be required

About the Role

Richfield Bloomington Honda located in Richfield, MN, is currently searching for a full time Shipping & receiving Clerk. Schedule is Tuesday through Saturdays. 5:30 am to 1:30 pm. The ideal candidate is reliable, ethical, possesses great people skills, takes pride in his or her work, and has a natural interest in learning and developing new skills.
