Shipping & Receiving Clerk

About the role

The Tom Bush Family of Dealerships is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our award-winning team of more than 360 associates. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse logistics, including the timely and accurate processing of shipments and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to verify accuracy and condition of materials.
• Prepare and package outgoing shipments in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain clean and organized shipping and receiving areas for efficient workflow.
• Cookoperate with vendors and internal departments to track shipment status and resolve discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock audits.
• Sort and deliver parts to each store and deliver Collision Center and other customer parts within a 15-mile radius.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Must be capable of walking and standing on flat or inclined surfaces for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Able to safely climb stairs, ramps, ladders, and work stands as needed.
• Must be able to crouch, crawl, grasp or handle objects, demonstrate finger dexterity, bend elbows and knees, and reach above or below shoulder level.
• Able to lift heavy objects, potentially exceeding 50 pounds, is necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay

Salary range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
