About the role
Full-time, 100% onsite position.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming deliveries, examine shipments for visible damage, and confirm that items match order documentation.
- Compare packing paperwork with purchase records, identify variances, and communicate issues promptly to the appropriate team members.
- Record receiving activity accurately in company systems to maintain up-to-date inventory information.
- Arrange and label materials so they are ready for storage, movement within the warehouse, or distribution to the correct area.
- Support inventory control efforts by assisting with cycle counts, physical counts, and routine stock verification tasks.
- Keep the receiving dock and warehouse workspace orderly, safe, and ready for daily operations.
- Work closely with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely handling of shipments and materials.
- Follow established safety practices and workplace procedures while completing shipping, receiving, and inventory-related duties.
Requirements
- Prior experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse support, or inventory-related work is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies in shipments and documentation.
- Basic computer proficiency and confidence entering data accurately into tracking or inventory systems.
- Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced, team-focused warehouse setting.
- Clear communication skills and a dependable work ethic.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
- All candidates are required to undergo screening before employment.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work onsite in OKC, Oklahoma.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
