Shipping Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a forklift to stage material, load trucks, unload trucks and transfer material within the plant as needed.
• Perform material move transactions in SAP system as needed.
• Receive goods into SAP as required.
• Process required paperwork to ensure shipped and received goods are handled in inventory systems appropriately.
• Communicate information to the appropriate people to help maintain inventories of required consumables.
• Facilitate the movement of product throughout the facility as required to maintain inventories and out bond orders.
• Perform daily inventory as needed.

Requirements

• Able to communicate information to all levels of management.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow standardized work instructions and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

• Frequent standing, stooping, sitting
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling (up to 50 lbs.)
• Frequent typing/keyboarding

• Ability to take coaching well
• Communicates respectfully with others
• Promote positive teamwork culture
• Knowledgeable of safety requirements and guidelines in manufacturing/warehouse environment
