Main Responsibilities Troubleshoot shipping, receiving, inventory, ERP, and system issues.Support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics activities.Prepare domestic and international shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.Verify quantities, part numbers, labels, date codes, profiles, and shipping documents.Use UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, DHL.com, and other shipping platforms.Monitor shipments, investigate discrepancies, and follow up on delays.Communicate with multiple departments and locations to resolve problems.Assist with training, process improvements, and team backup.Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.
