Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities

  • Tracking incoming and outgoing products.
  • Updating databases with incoming and outgoing products using ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Notify Inventory Manager with shortages and inconsistencies.
  • Operate equipment according to training provided.
  • Assisting Quality Control (QC) and checking outgoing products according to company policies.
  • Assisting Inventory Clerk with inventory verifications.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of data entry experience.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Proficiency in information technology (Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams).
  • Great communication skills: Proper usage of emails, phone calls and texts.
  • Able to reconcile inventory.
  • Able to read inventory lists.
  • Good mathematical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
