Shipping/Receiving Clerk
Responsibilities
- Tracking incoming and outgoing products.
- Updating databases with incoming and outgoing products using ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
- Notify Inventory Manager with shortages and inconsistencies.
- Operate equipment according to training provided.
- Assisting Quality Control (QC) and checking outgoing products according to company policies.
- Assisting Inventory Clerk with inventory verifications.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of data entry experience.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in information technology (Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams).
- Great communication skills: Proper usage of emails, phone calls and texts.
- Able to reconcile inventory.
- Able to read inventory lists.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Attention to detail.
