Responsibilities
- Shipments of product, receiving of product, managing of storeroom, maintaining inventory, and issuing product to the floor.
- Maintain proper handling, labeling, classifications, packaging materials, appropriate shipping containers, and accurate documentation.
- Receive, unpack, and issue materials to stockroom or designated locations.
- Maintain FIFO inventory structure, conduct cycle counts, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Interface with contracts, accounting, program management, SCM, engineering, regulatory agencies, carriers, and other EPT facilities.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment.
- Schedule deliveries with carriers.
- Communicate regulatory agency compliance changes to appropriate personnel.
- Label and placard shipments appropriately.
- Manage shipping/receiving files and reports.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and submit purchase requisitions.
- Allocate materials, supplies, and received goods to shelves, racks, or floor locations.
- Perform monthly shelf life sweeps, quarantine, and disposal of expired materials.
- Conduct weekly cycle counts and report discrepancies.
- Work with planners to resolve parts issues.
- Ensure physical inventory matches electronic figures in ERP system.
Qualifications
- U.S. Person
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- Certification in Hazardous Material and Dangerous Goods Transportation (49CFR, IATA, IMDG) or ability to obtain
- Experience operating standard manual and automatic equipment
- Experience operating a forklift
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
