Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Compensation: $16 to $19 per hour DOE Are you the best at shipping and receiving? We want you to be the newest employee on our team! The shipping & receiving clerk plays an important role on our team. In this position, you will be managing shipments, receiving products, locally sourcing parts, and assisting the service technicians. Job Responsibilities Manage the shipment and receipt of products, materials, and suppliesAssist Service Technicians with locating products as neededDistribute repair parts and accessories to Service TechniciansTrack, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipmentsDrive to various local vendors to pick up partsPromptly unload trucks and deliveries as well as sort and stock receivablesOperate a pallet jack and forklift (certification available on-site)Assist in pumping propane when neededParts counter back upAnswer parts counter phone calls and place special ordersMaintain a clean, organized, and member-ready areaAll other duties as assigned Skills Competent computer skills while running multiple programs at once including Excel, email, inventory software, and navigating vendor websitesGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and with a teamExcellent time management and organizationSelf Motivation and drive Schedule Full-timeTuesday thru Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements High School Diploma or EquivalentValid Driver’s License is requiredClean and insurable driving record Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
