Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities

• Count, weigh, or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Verify information against invoices, orders, and other records.
• Determine method of shipment.
• Unpack and examine incoming shipments and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
• Ensure that outgoing shipments meet specifications.
• Maintain a clear and thorough record of all shipments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Computer literate.
• Great communication skills.
