About the role

Responsible for managing the strategic test integration of complex systems and programs. Oversee the development and execution of test plans to ensure system reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations
• Prepare and present test results to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or engineering
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Experience with test planning and execution tools
