Shipping & Receiving CLerk

Responsibilities

• Manage and Coordinate Daily Route Manifest Log.
• Verify Receiving and Shipping Windows are met—communicate concerns to supervisor.
• Updates Hot Parts Board when expedited parts arrive.
• Manage the Dock and Yard Inventory Trailer movements to support production and supermarket lines of replenishment.
• Manage Trailer Tracking Sheet.
• Manage and maintain accurate paperwork to support part inventory of trailers in yard.
• Maintains records of seat shipping system (BOS requirements).
• Care for any logistics to and from outside warehouse/s.
• Manage the input of incoming receipts on a regular timely basis.
• Diligently maintains records of packing slips.
• Maintains records of returnable containers.
• Maintains system for accurately tracking Truckload Utilization. (TUMS)
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Maintain all CTPAT requirements (Trainable).
• Ensures compliance with all safety procedures and ensures safe working procedures in assigned production areas.
• Maintain all BOS requirements for shipping, receiving, and transportation management.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years Shipping/Receiving Clerk, Inventory Coordination, or similar field.
• Experience in Manufacturing/Distribution - Automotive a big plus.
• Experienced with Microsoft Applications including Excel.
• ERP Knowledge is a plus - Trainable.

Pay

Pay Range: $50-55k
