Shipping & Receiving Clerk - 1st Shift
Provides administrative and operational support for the shipping and receiving office within our warehouse operation. This role coordinates driver activity, prepares and dispatches loads, and maintains accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Utilize WMS to audit parts for delivery routes
- Identify, investigate, and correct route discrepancies
- Receive and dispatch drivers in a timely manner
- Prepare, manifest, and dispatch outbound loads correctly
- Coordinate driver activity with the dock to ensure timely receiving of inbound loads
- Maintain organized filing system (electronic and paper)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
- Support general office and warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements
- 2 years of general office experience required
- 1 year of customer service experience required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
- AS400 experience preferred
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening

Pay
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM — $21.50 per hour
- Sunday–Thursday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM — $21.50 per hour plus $2.00 shift differential totaling $23.50 per hour
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Sunday–Thursday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
