About the role

This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and involves manufacturing operation responsibilities for shipping, receiving, and material handling of TWG products. The role includes adherence to ISO procedures, initiating preventive actions, documenting quality issues, contributing to problem-solving, verifying solution implementation, and controlling further processing when problems are identified.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and ships products as required.
• Receives, unpacks, and examines incoming shipments; rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shippers to rectify damages and shortages.
• Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other related documents.
• Loads, unloads, and moves materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or other devices as directed by the manufacturing supervisor.
• Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Sorts parts and pieces utilizing the Company's inventory record system.
• Distributes material from shipping/receiving to the warehouse or other departments as needed or directed.
• Maintains accurate and timely transactions in the ERP system.
• May train other employees and assist in other departments as directed.
• Performs other essential duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Protects the environment, including preventing pollution, analyzing or identifying areas for correction or improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to travel as required and/or directed.
• Work arrangement: Onsite.
