About the role

We are looking for a candidate to operate a forklift and respond quickly in a fast-paced industrial production environment. This role involves pulling orders, loading trucks, and staging heavy steel industrial automotive lifts while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks
• Stage trucks
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in a fast-paced industrial production environment
• Operate Power Industrial Equipment daily
• Work with heavy steel industrial equipment
• Adhere to 6S standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
• Warehouse experience
• Great attendance record
• Must wear steel-toe shoes
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
• Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges as a self-starter
• Able to work overtime as needed and some Saturdays
• Must be able to stand for long periods and work extended hours
• Must be a team player
• Must align with the Snap-on mission statement
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including:
  • Hi-Vis Vest
  • Steel Toe Shoes
  • Safety Glasses or Prescription Safety Glasses (if applicable)
  • Gloves (if applicable)
  • Ear Plugs (if applicable)
• Must adhere to safety guidelines

Pay

$20.19/hour with an attendance incentive.

Schedule

6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
