Responsibilities

• Receives, examines, and records all inbound items defined as samples according to the login process.
• Delivers samples and associated informational / instructional paperwork to the sample staging area.
• Packages items for shipping, arranges for the method of shipment in conformance with IATA and other company policies and procedures, and maintains associated paperwork.
• Maintains the supplies necessary to accomplish the above responsibility.
• Maintains assigned area, files, supplies and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
• Carries out all responsibilities in a supportive manner with adherence to the Company’s Safety Policy and Procedures, Quality Management System, Ethics Policy, Environmental Management System, Vision and Strategy, and exercises good judgment, common sense, and diplomacy.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Entry Level Protocol, procedure and safety oriented.
• Organized with time management skills.

• Aware of, and adheres to, safety practices and policies to ensure your own safety, as well as the safety of others who may be affected by your actions at work.
• Detail-oriented and able to effectively prioritize and organize workload, with efficient time management.
