Key Responsibilities
- Verify order accuracy (quantities, labels, specs)
- Prepare packing slips, BOLs, and shipping documentation
- Pack products and prepare skids for shipment
- Cookier pickups and meet shipping deadlines
Requirements
- Preferred experience with UPS Worldship and Fedex inbound/outbound
- Previous shipping leadership responsibilities
- Operations Support: Follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety standards
- Communicate and direct material handler and extra support when needed or necessary
- Operate equipment (pallet jack, shrink wrap, etc.)
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Assist with material movement to support production
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years warehouse/shipping experience
- Experience with ERP systems (EPMS preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
