About the Role
In this position, you will load and unload finished goods and incoming materials, ensuring finished goods are properly packaged and meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Move raw materials, components, and finished goods to their assigned locations.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight, including verification of quantity and quality of all shipments.
- Ensure material movements comply with current procedures regarding proper identification and suitability for storage/shipment.
- Participate in all physical inventories.
- Perform cycle counts of various products, components, and supplies as needed.
- Stock and issue materials as required.
- Work safely and efficiently using all required personal protective equipment and safety devices.
- Actively participate in Continuous Improvement (CI), 5S, and STW activities.
Requirements
- Forklift experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in shipping/receiving.
