Shipping Processor- DFW

About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to handle all E-commerce orders that drop through our system. We are an Accessory Distributor for General Motors and Ford Motor Company. We ship daily to dealerships and consumers.

What You'll Do

• Processor is responsible for accurately reviewing, processing, printing, and following through on customers' orders from start to finish
• Seeking candidates with computer proficiency and familiarity with online retail platforms, order processing, and attention to detail
• Process orders from our online store into our accounting system
• Review each order for accuracy, ensuring no address, payment, or product errors
• Prepare all orders for shipment
• Answer customer service-related phone calls and respond to email requests

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• NetSuite experience a bonus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multi-task
• Able to describe products accurately and thoroughly
• Able to learn and understand new computer programs quickly
• Able to self-manage
