About the role
The Shipping Processor is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipping orders.
Responsibilities
- Process shipping orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Verify order details and ensure accuracy before dispatching shipments.
- Handle customer inquiries related to shipping status and issues.
- Update inventory records and maintain accurate shipping logs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of shipping software systems.
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping.
