What You'll Do
- Assist in unloading and loading of material for customers
- Moves materials and items from receiving and/or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas
- Communicate with crane operators in order to put together shipments correctly
- Communicates well with others to build safe stacks and load trucks/railcars efficiently
- Placed finished product on trucks for shipping and scan tags on trucks
- Maintain work area and location organized and clean for orderliness at all times
- Communicate with truck drivers through computer software, cell phones or two way radios
- Perform additional duties as needed
- Participate in and uphold the CMC Safety Culture
What You'll Need
- Ability to communicate with customers, employees, and business leaders
- Ability to work in various types of weather conditions which include extreme heat and cold
- Forklift experience preferred
Your Education
A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
