Shipping Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Optimize loads to ensure operational efficiency by safely transporting products, supplies & commodities within the warehouse facility & truck/trailers.
• Load, unload, ship & receive various items.
• Transport materials to different locations within the facility.
• Inspect & ensure accuracy of both incoming/outgoing product with BOL/Invoice.
• Ensure loads are properly stacked & secured and adhere to company regulations.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or RF scanners (training provided if needed).
• Complete daily pre-operational checks on forklifts prior to usage and report damages and/or repair to direct supervisor.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Verify product quantities, quality, and labeling before shipment.
• Absorb & assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory control as needed.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

Candidate Qualifications

• Preferred: Food Manufacturing experience | Warehouse Experience
• Required: Stand-up Forklift/ Turret Truck - Minimum of 2 years experience

Compensation & Benefits

• $19.50/hr. - Starting wage will depend on experience

Shift Hours

Fulltime- 40 hours a week
2nd Shift- 2 pm to 12 am (Monday to Thursday)
