Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and coach a team of 6-10 employees, ensuring high morale and efficient performance.
- Cookbook training and coaching sessions.
Operations
- Cookbook daily shipping activities, communicating with carriers, and managing data entry in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
Safety & Quality
- Enforce all safety, GMP, and SQF policies while maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
Shift: Sunday to Wednesday - 7:00am to 5:30pm
Qualifications
- 1+ years of leadership experience in a distribution or shipping environment.
- Associate’s degree OR equivalent professional experience.
- Intermediate computer skills (Email, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Certification in material handling equipment (or willingness to become certified).
