Shipping - Laborers7

Summary of Position

• Troubleshoot and determine the problems impacting completion of shipment loads
• Work with scheduling, traffic and IT to facilitate delivery of cartons to Shipping
• Correct and direct problem cartons to shipping locations
• Identify SKU's and cartons necessary to complete shipment load
• Reprint Shipping label for recalled cartons
• Assist Jackpot operators at both Sorter and Ship Pick to Belt in problem identification and resolution
• Other Duties As Required By Supervisor
• MUST DRIVE EQUIPMENT

Minimum Experience Required

• Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills. Must be able to interact positively with employees at all levels and under a variety of conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication/presentation skills, verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to perform with minimal supervision.
• Strong resolution skills required for resolving daily inaccuracy issues. Must be able to work well under time constraints.
• Knowledge of PKMS
