Shipping II - 3rd Shift - Gratz

FULL-TIME 3rd Shift positions available. Starting rate is $21.00 plus $1.50 shift differential.

• 3rd Shift: Sunday pm – Thursday, 9pm to 5:30am plus overtime

Responsibilities

• Read and understand orders
• Read job order for product specifications
• Understand the scanning system for loading trucks
• Obey all company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Comply with all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
• Inspect work in process and finished units to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Understand loading process and responsibilities
• Provide or actively participate in continued process improvements
• Regular punctual attendance is an essential function of the job
• Learn product identification
• Learn to secure product properly

Requirements

• Valid PA driver’s license and safe driving record
• Ability to lift and handle heavy products
• Good people skills and ability to work well in group environments
• Capability to stand and move frequently while performing repetitive tasks
• Collaborative, team-driven attitude with a focus on attendance and teamwork
• Quality and precision-driven, following all quality and safety requirements
• Customer service mentality with a strong desire to meet daily production goals
• Strong reasoning and creative problem-solving skills
• Availability to work overtime and weekends if needed
• Previous experience in a team environment is a plus
