Shipping & Fulfillment Assistant

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy.
• Label and process outgoing shipments using shipping software.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and restocking shelves.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure every product meets our standards before shipping.
• Cook up with shipping carriers for pickups and delivery tracking.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills (experience with shipping software is a plus).
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-Time: Flexible weekday schedule.
• Full-Time: Available based on performance and business growth.
• Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.
• Starting Pay: $18–25/hour Depending on Experience.
