About the role
At MasterSpas, every product we build is carefully crafted—and our Shipping team ensures those products reach customers accurately and on time. As a Shipping Dock Worker, you’ll play a key role in loading, unloading, and organizing shipments while helping maintain accuracy, safety, and efficiency across our operations.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily shipping and receiving operations while ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Shipping & Receiving:
- Load products onto trailers and containers based on shipping schedules
- Unload incoming shipments, including transfers and returns
- Follow standard procedures for staging, loading, and documentation
- Verify bills of lading and shipment accuracy
- Inventory & Accuracy:
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all products handled
- Absorb physical inventory counts as needed
- Identify and report discrepancies or product issues
- Organize product locations for efficient loading and retrieval
- Safety & Equipment:
- Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment (training provided)
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Teamwork & Communication:
- Work closely with production and shipping teams to meet daily goals
- Communicate updates on order status and workflow
- Support additional tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Required:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Preferred:
- Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience
- Experience operating forklifts or willingness to become certified
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Safety-first mindset
- Ability to stay organized and manage physical tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift
- Working indoors and outdoors, including non-temperature-controlled environments
- Working around materials such as fiberglass, resin, and related products
