The Shipping & Distribution Clerk will support outbound shipments and customer service functions at the Ripon, WI facility.

Responsibilities
- Complete customer service functions as necessary.
- Ensure the accuracy of all outbound shipments.
- Prepare and file all required shipping documents (BOL, manifests).
- Maintain organized files of shipping documentation.
- Perform inventory reconciliations as required.
- Communicate with OTR truck drivers and warehouse forklift drivers.
Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Strong customer service skills.
