About the role

As a Shipping Coordinator for John Deere Parts Distribution Center located in Portland, OR, you will work in a dynamic team environment resolving parts issues and expediting shipping.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer order expediting/billing issues, completing charge only invoicing requests.
• Complete scheduling of daily picking activities which entails trip building and prioritization.
• Complete daily billing/invoicing transactions, and prepare packets for drivers/carriers (manifests, customs documents).
• Assist with managing inventory accuracy by helping with part investigation and by entering back-order data.
• Participate in Saturday overtime rotation.

Requirements

• Experience working in customer service.
• Experience working effectively in a team environment.
• Well organized, strong communicator with excellent multi-tasking skills.
• 1 or more years’ experience using Microsoft Office Excel including formulas and pivot tables.
• 1 or more years’ experience problem solving, prioritizing, and providing work direction to accomplish tasks.
• Ability to work overtime and Saturdays based on business needs.
• Ability to work 8am-4:30pm or 10am-6:30pm.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience.

Skills

• Expertise in Microsoft Office Software.
• Previous experience with SAP.

$50,916.00 - $76,368.00 + Benefits

Schedule

• 8am-4:30pm or 10am-6:30pm.
• Overtime and Saturdays based on business needs.
