Job Overview
The Shipping Coordinator will coordinate and execute all shipments. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate sound, independent judgement and decision-making coupled with the ability to think "big picture" in relation to overall quality processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all required paperwork correctly and completely for domestic and international shipments
- Schedule shipments with carriers as required by customer routings
- Communicate boxing requirements and priorities to the carpenter shop as needed
- Cross train and support across Shipping Coordinator team
- Complete quality checks prior to shipments
- Review sales order requirements for current, upcoming and past due orders
- Maintain accurate traceability for all records created during shipment of products
Requirements
- 6+ months logistics, retail, or customer service experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferences
- SAP or other ERP experience preferred
Travel & Work Arrangements
This position will be based at our site in Connersville, with minimal anticipated travel.
