• Plan, schedule, and dispatch outbound shipments, including truckloads, LTL, and international freight, ensuring compliance with all shipping regulations and customer requirements.
• Communicate proactively with carriers, warehouses, sales teams, and customers regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and potential delays.
• Utilize and maintain transportation management systems (TMS) and related software to track shipments, generate shipping documentation, and manage inventory records.
• Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, and other transportation issues, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
