About the role
Receive materials, manage inventory, fulfill orders, coordinate shipments, and help keep warehouse operations running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer and production orders with accuracy.
- Coordinate daily shipments with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight carriers.
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure on-time delivery.
- Schedule pickups and track outbound shipments.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials.
- Label, stock, and organize inventory while maintaining FIFO standards.
- Process inventory transactions in the ERP system.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods.
Requirements
- 3+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to read pick lists, shipping documents, and inventory records.
- Comfortable using computers and ERP or inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar shipping software.
- Forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
- Knowledge of FIFO inventory practices and inventory traceability.
Pay
$24–$26/hour
