About the role
Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Shipping Coordinator to support our Operations Team in Lavergne, TN. The Shipping Coordinator ensures shipping schedules are completed for all daily shipments, both domestic and international, acting as a backup to the Shipping Lead.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely completion of shipping schedules for all daily shipments
- Support the Shipping Lead in managing shipping operations
- Comply with UPS shipping requirements
- Read and comprehend shipping documents and manifests
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet shipping deadlines
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform physical tasks including walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, and typing/keyboard
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year experience with PKMS system
- One year experience with international and domestic shipping requirements
- Six months work experience which includes walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard

- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction)
- PC skills and DHL Manifest knowledge

Pay
