Shipping Coordinator - 2nd Shift

About the role

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Shipping Coordinator to support our Operations Team in Lavergne, TN. The Shipping Coordinator ensures shipping schedules are completed for all daily shipments, both domestic and international, acting as a backup to the Shipping Lead.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of shipping schedules for all daily shipments
• Support the Shipping Lead in managing shipping operations
• Comply with UPS shipping requirements
• Read and comprehend shipping documents and manifests
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet shipping deadlines
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Perform physical tasks including walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, and typing/keyboard

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year experience with PKMS system
• One year experience with international and domestic shipping requirements
• Six months work experience which includes walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction)
• PC skills and DHL Manifest knowledge

Pay
