Responsibilities

• Answer questions and address changes about orders from customer service.
• Respond to emails pertaining to shipping or receiving questions or needs.
• Print picking tickets for orders to be pulled for customers.
• Input completed customer orders pulled and generate packing lists and pallet lists with BOL to be attached to orders.
• Call in freight for pickup every day.
• Provide directions to truck drivers.
• ASN freight or order depart orders after pickup.
• Pull hot orders as needed.
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments.
• Assist with cycle counts.
• Double-check all hot orders as needed.
• Assist with quarterly inventory.
• Comply with all employee conduct and work rules.
• Comply with all company policies.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Forklift experience required (stand-up forklift preferred).

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee frequently uses hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods and will occasionally work on the warehouse floor, involving walking, standing, and other physical activities. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

The employee primarily works in a professional office environment with a moderate noise level. The employee may occasionally enter the warehouse environment, where exposure to moving equipment, varying temperatures, and other warehouse conditions may occur.
