Shipping Clerk- 2nd Shift

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our distribution team. This role is responsible for coordinating and documenting the shipment and receipt of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and packing lists.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Update inventory and shipment information in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Communicate with carriers and internal teams to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with general clerical and warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or shipping systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in shipping/receiving or clerical roles preferred (0–2 years).

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay

Starting Pay: $23.00

Shift Differential: $0.75

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $34.15 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Anticipated weekly hours: 40
