Shipping Associate (PM Shift)

About the Role

This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, controlling the flow of materials in and out of the warehouse, and maintaining good housekeeping practices. The position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Verify information on packing slips against purchase orders and input data into the system.
• Handle all aspects of outbound shipments, including inspection, packing, and accurate preparation of shipping documentation for both domestic and international orders.
• Manage packaging material inventories to ensure adequate supply for shipping needs.
• Oversee the packaging and shipping process of customer orders, as well as logistics for trade shows.
• Coordinate transportation and carrier services to ensure timely delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience using systems and software like FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
• Experience shipping commercial goods to international destinations.
• Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
• Current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record and no traffic violations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting required.

Location: West Los Angeles | Schedule: Full-time, on-site, Monday-Friday (PM shift: 1pm - 10:30pm) | Salary: $23-$25/hr
