Shipping Associate (Part-Time Weekends)
Overview
Melaleuca has multiple immediate openings for permanent (non-seasonal) part-time Shipping Team Members in our Distribution Center. Secure Work Environment – NO LAYOFFS
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 6:30am - 3:00pm

Starting pay: $16.40/hour and up depending on experience (includes $2.00 shift differential)
Performance Reviews: 6 Months, 18 Months, then annually

Responsibilities
Picking and packaging products for distribution - no warehouse searching required, as all items are located directly behind each station
Visual inspection and auditing for accuracy
Pack and ship products for customer orders in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
There is no experience required – we will train you!
Dependable with exceptional attendance and punctuality
Able to read, write, and follow established operational procedures
Able to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
Able to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality
Able to stand or walk for duration of shift
Able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift
Able to perform duties such as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.
Able to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shift
Able to climb stairs
